Interactive Account Manager
Capable of leading the design, development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for our national clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Be responsible for directly managing multiple key accounts (with the support of our Project Management team)
- Interface with key client stakeholders and provide expert online marketing advice
- Provide innovative campaign recommendations and lead the client through key decisions
- Identify project features, functionality requirements, creative vision and results plans
- Develop and coordinate online strategies with creative director and production teams
- Conduct client status meetings and maintain effective client communication throughout projects
- Manage account budgets with the support of the company PM team
- Be responsible for the quality delivery of company services to clients
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between the company and our clients
- Set expectations and goals, due dates and deliverables, to ensure timely completion of projects
- Manage resolution when non-standard issues arise
Skills and Requirements
- A passion for great ideas, technology and digital culture
- Demonstrable web experience (technical, creative and strategic) with recognizable brands
- Business development experience with a proven track record of growing business from existing accounts as well as developing new business
- Team leadership skills with demonstrable experience mentoring and leading teams to success
- Experience leading strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution for national brands
- History of managing details within a tight, deadline-driven environment
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple/concurrent customer engagements
